All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Payment must be received and successfully processed before production begins.
BlooShop Creations reserves the right to cancel orders involving pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
7. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted files, artwork, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and order details before completing a purchase.
Once an order enters production, modifications may not be possible.
BlooShop Creations is not responsible for errors contained within customer-submitted files.
8. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork.
By uploading artwork to BlooShop Creations, you confirm that you own the rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content or have obtained proper authorization from the rights holder.
You grant BlooShop Creations permission to use the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
9. Artwork Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for:

Print-ready formatting
BlooShop Creations does not automatically review or modify customer artwork unless specifically requested as a paid design service.
Poor quality files may result in poor print quality.
10. Prohibited Content

12. Shipping & Delivery

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, BlooShop Creations is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery interruptions caused by the shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments.
13. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are generally final.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered if:

Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be required.
Normal wear, improper application, customer file errors, or customer misuse are not grounds for refund.

Colors displayed on digital screens may differ from actual printed results.
Variations may occur due to:

Minor color differences are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
